MAST Foundation - Art and Innovation

The MAST Foundation starts digitising its art collection with a RENCAY scanning system with several workstations.

The artworks are diverse objects including large-format photographs, e.g. by Gurski. The formats range up to a size of 3 x 5 metres, which are scanned wall-mounted according to their presentation. A DiRECT 24k³ camera system with 2808 MPixel resolution is used here.

Formats up to 2-fold DIN A0 can be scanned horizontally at another workstation. This workstation also has smaller repro tables up to DIN A0 and a book cradle for valuable books and other bound originals.

This fantastic museum was completed in 2023 and offers art exhibitions, workshops, a cafeteria and much more.
